RELEASE TERMS

1. GRANT OF RIGHTS

By uploading an Image(s), the Releasor hereby irrevocably grants the Releasee the right to:

  • Use, reproduce, publish, distribute, and display the Releasor’s image(s) (the "Images") for commercial and non-commercial purposes.

  • Modify, edit, or adapt the Images as necessary, including cropping, retouching, or incorporating into derivative works.

  • Use the Images in any medium, including but not limited to print, online platforms, and promotional materials.

2. SCOPE OF USE

The Images may be used for the following purposes:

  • Use in products and services, promotional material and advertising

  • Distribution in physical and digital formats

  • Available in all worldwide markets

3. COMPENSATION

  • No compensation is provided for the use of the Images.

4. WARRANTIES AND REPRESENTATION

The Releasor represents and warrants that:

  • They are the sole owner of the rights to the Images.

  • They are of legal age (18 years or older) and have the legal capacity to enter into this Agreement.

  • The Images do not infringe upon any third-party rights.

5. RIGHT TO REQUEST REMOVAL

The Releasor reserves the right to request that the Releasee cease using their Image(s) in the future. Upon receiving such a request in writing, the Releasee agrees to:

  • Remove the Image(s) from all publicly accessible platforms and cease further distribution within 30 days of the request.

  • Make reasonable efforts to recall or discontinue previously distributed materials, where applicable.

  • Allow existing materials already in circulation to remain in use until sold out or discontinued, as applicable.

6. TERM AND TERMINATION

  • This Agreement is perpetual unless terminated under Clause 5 (Right to Request Removal).

6. CONFIDENTIALITY

The Releasee agrees to maintain the Releasor’s anonymity by:

  • Removing identifying features from the Images.

  • Not disclosing the Releasor’s name or contact details in association with the Images.

6. GOVERNING LAW

  • This Agreement will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New South Wales, Australia
